Shipping and handling:
I ship using the US Postal Service First Class Mail.
Your order will be shipped in 48 hours, and will arrive in 3 to 7 days.
The cost of shipping is included in the price of the item.
If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will we will notify you by email. This is why it is very important you give us a working email address, and if you have set up spam blocking filters - add: info@mysticmountainjewelry.net to your friendly allowable email addresses.
Guarantee:
You can receive a refund up to 60 days from the date of purchase. We guarantee that all jewelry is brand new unless described otherwise . We guarantee that all gemstones are genuine and natural as opposed to man made or synthetic, unless specifically described as manmade or synthetic. We will guarantee our jewelry for a period of one year, should a stone become loose or lost out of the setting, we will either repair or replace the piece at no charge.
This jewelry guarantee does not cover shipping to and from our shop.
This guarantee does not cover jewelry that has been lost or damaged due to accidental causes.
Every effort will be made to safely package all items to insure items will arrive undamaged.
